While I'm at it, this month's issue of WIRED Magazine features a cover story; "Why Things Suck! The 33 things that makes us crazy". Just in case you thought that banks were the only businesses that had issues with the customer experience. That said, credit cards, junk mail and call centers are on the list, so we're not off the hook.
